Society of the Descendants of Washington's Army at Valley Forge

Objectives:
To emulate the spirit of glorious and undying loyalty with which His Excellency, General George Washington's tattered and starving army endured hardships beyond description at Valley Forge to insure the success of the American Revolution. To uphold their ideals, and to resist any ideology or effort contrary to the values for which they served.
To compile the Roll of our honored dead at Valley Forge for the purpose of preserving their names for posterity. To compile the Rolls of all the soldiers at the encampment for the same purpose. To discover and publish the incidents of the encampment at Valley Forge.
Requirements:
Descendants over eighteen years of age of a soldier serving in the Continental Army under the command of His Excellency, General George Washington at the encampment at Valley Forge in 1777-1778 are eligible for Regular Membership. Descendants under eighteen years of age are eligible for Junior Membership.
